Talking with Jesus

Brought to faith by a friend's prayers, Kanti shares Jesus with her own family!

India's children are joyfully following Jesus - and they are telling their friends and families!

Kanti was so sick from high fevers that she was rarely well enough to attend school.

Her parents offered prayers and sacrifices to their idols but saw no improvement in 9 year old Kanti’s health.

Kanti’s friend, Seeta, was attending a Children’s Bible Club. She visited Kanti each day for five days and prayed to Jesus for healing.

Kanti began feeling better and soon was completely free of the fever and able to return to school.

Kanti asked Seeta about the Jesus who she worshipped and prayed to. She had never heard of Jesus before.

Seeta shared about Jesus and invited her to the Children’s Bible Club. Kanti enjoyed the songs and learned many Bible verses. She also did better at school and blossomed under the loving care and attention of her club leader.

Kanti’s parents were delighted to see their daughter healthy, happy and doing well in her school work.

Seeta and Kanti also shared the Good News of Jesus with them, and Kanti’s parents are now believers. They were recently baptised and are regularly attending church!
