1 out of every 5 children on earth lives in India.

Nearly half of India's population - over 463 million - is under the age of 20. These children are members of an emerging world superpower and the world’s largest democracy.

Yet most Indian children expect little joy in life.

  • 35% of school age children are not in school
  • The caste system condemns millions to a life of degrading jobs and social invisibility
  • Child marriage is common
  • Over 40% of girls in India are married by age 18
  • Millions of families are forced to send their children to work, often in hazardous conditions

Mission India is welcoming these children into our Children's Bible Clubs. Under the loving attention of their volunteer teachers, the dreams of India's boys and girls are changing and they are discovering joy in Jesus.

India's Christians are eagerly waiting for the chance to introduce Children's Bible Clubs into their communities. You can partner with them in bringing India's children new hope for a brighter future.

Each 60 pence you give will introduce another boy or girl to Jesus through a Children's Bible Club.
