Mission India in the UK was registered as a charity in July 1999, with the purpose of raising funds for Christian work that is done in India.

Council members meet regularly in order to ensure the charity is fulfilling its legal obligations, aims and objectives, and, working alongside the Director, they evaluate the progress of the charity and its day to day activities.
